Subscription and Payment
Trio offers various subscription plans to cater to different user needs. Details of available plans, including features, pricing, and billing cycles, can be found on our website or by contacting our sales team.
We may offer a free trial period for new users to experience our services. The duration and terms of the free trial are subject to change and are detailed on our website. At the end of the trial period, you will be automatically enrolled in the applicable subscription plan unless you cancel before the trial ends.
Subscription fees are billed in advance monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected. Payments must be made using a valid payment method, such as a credit card or other payment methods accepted by Trio. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it before the renewal date. You authorize Trio to charge the applicable subscription fees to your payment method on file.
