Subscription and Payment

We may offer a free trial period for new users to experience our services. The duration and terms of the free trial are subject to change and are detailed on our website. At the end of the trial period, you will be automatically enrolled in the applicable subscription plan unless you cancel before the trial ends.

Subscription fees are billed in advance monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected. Payments must be made using a valid payment method, such as a credit card or other payment methods accepted by Trio. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it before the renewal date. You authorize Trio to charge the applicable subscription fees to your payment method on file.

Apple Payment & Subscription

All payments for subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store are processed by Apple. Your payment method associated with your Apple ID will be charged for all subscription fees. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan you select. The billing cycle begins on the date you subscribe and will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. To avoid being billed for the next cycle, cancel the subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
